Maria's story

1.One special Roma girl 2.Everyone has It's own story Yesterday me and my group interviewed some girls from the local school in Dolna Banya. The girl that we took the attention at was Maria Stojanova. Maria and her family are all Roma people.She has 2 sisters and a brother,who are younger than her.She told us really interesting stories for her and her familly. She is born in Sofia on the 7th month of her mother's pregnancy and her parents and the doctors didn't believe that she will survive.But now she is a 16 years old and healthy girl.She is quite good at school,but she's also a very good singer.Her dream is to be a singer but she will think about what she'll do after she finish the high school.As we were interviewing the other girls we heared that most of the children are married at very small age because their parents sold them.Fortunately Maria says that her parents are good people who respect her and love her too much to do that at her.She is a very clever girl and she really had luck to have parents as hers, that have different opinions from the others.She isn't like her friends and she doesn't want to get married so young.I hope that with her talent she will get a big success in future and I wish her all the best.
